G8 builds delivered circa 280 number of piles forming new temporary earth support and foundation works for new basement construction next to Chelsea Football stadium.

Our development investments client approached us to construct 2 separate new build plots. Both requirements involved a basement shell and 3 stories high.

Working for a well-established local developer, we undertook the site clearance, site setup, demolition, groundworks and civil engineering packages on their new housing development.
